KFC and Starbucks Drive Thru Outlets, Oswestry Gateway Buisness Park

The second phase of the Oswestry Gateway Development comprised of the creation of the drive thru Starbucks and KFC restaurant of 186 sqm (2,000 sqft) and 230 sqm (2,475 sqft) respectively. This included associated vehicle access and car parking.  J-Ross Developments and JR Pickstock Ltd, both members of The Pickstock Group of companies worked together to deliver the development.

J-Ross Developments Ltd were tasked in developing two fast food outlets, taking advantage of excellent visibility from a key junction on a major trunk route, and to continue the successful development of the Oswestry Gateway Business Park, complimenting the recently completed Premier Inn and Table Table Restaurant at the park entrance

J-Ross Developments carefully planned the site to maximise the added advantage of excellent visibility from the trunk road to the east of the site, it should be noted that this road achieves on average 10 million vehicle movements per year. Following this an efficient site layout allowed for a straightforward access for delivery vehicles and importantly user friendly routes for cars using both the drive thru and excellent car parking facilities.

The development included the procurement of services infrastructure to serve both the drive through outlets and future projects on the park.
