Penybont, Oswestry – Residential Development

The scheme was a small select residential development in the pretty hamlet of Pen-y-Bont located six miles away from the bustling market town of Oswestry comprising two outstanding family homes with double garages and ten bungalows on a site of 0.162 hectares (0.4 acres).

The brief was to provide two imaginative, substantial, well-equipped country residences to fit closely into the rural landscape, a short drive away from the stunning craggy landscape of Snowdonia.

J-Ross Developments Ltd successfully devised this project through working closely with stakeholder groups, including the Local Planning, Highways Authority and Parish Council.

The design of the houses were created to include a dramatic double-height glazing to the principal living area. To add to the quality of the living environment the surrounding grounds were specially designed to be both secluded and private.
