Orchard House and Croft, Llandrinio – Residential Development

J-Ross Developments Ltd was tasked to develop 22 homes on a residential site within the gardens of an existing Victorian traditional village house, with itself to be renovated to retain its charm and character, the site comprises around 0.0315 hectares (0.078 acres).

J-Ross Developments Ltd has worked closely with the local planning authority to achieve a satisfactory planning consent which respected the character and look of the existing property. There is also a new access road to serve the development.
