Construction of KFC and Starbucks is Underway

JR Pickstock has started work on-site to construct a new KFC drive thru and Starbucks restaurant at the Oswestry Gateway Development on the outskirts of Oswestry. The new restaurants will create over 60 new jobs for the area.

The scheme is estimated to be completed within the next 8 months and will form the second phase of the Oswestry Gateway Developments which has so far seen the delivery of a Premier Inn Hotel and a Table Table restaurant.

J-Ross Developments and JR Pickstock ltd, both members of the Pickstock Group have worked together to deliver both phases of the commercial development.

The latest stage will help to complete the provision of infrastructure on site, which means that the remaining development land will be fully serviced and available for immediate development.
